Jakarta Provincial Government is committed to continuously normalize the river next year. Especially for the rivers being worked on Ciliwung-Cisadane Flood Control Office (BBWSCC)

Jakarta Water Resources Dept. Head, Teguh Hendrawan said Jakarta Governor, Anies Baswedan, also expressed the same commitment.

"Mr. Governor says the normalization must run. Until now, the upstream dredging still continues," he expressed, Thursday (11/2).

He added, the governor has also invited BBWSCC to discuss about the project. The project will still be done at three points namely Ciliwung, Sunter and Pesanggrahan.

"Mr. Governor also invites Mr. Djarot, the new Head of BBWSCC for presentation related to normalization in Ciliwung. Principally, it must run," he closed.
