Kelapa Gading Sub-district Executing Unit, North Jakarta is making a water channel on Jalan Tabah Raya, Yonmar Hanlan Kodamar TNI AL Housing Complex.

The channel is made, because the road is often inundated when it rains.

Kelapa Gading Sub-district Water Resources Executing Unit Head, Rukmana said, the request of making water channel was from Kodamar TNI AL. And we immediately realize it.

"The channel will have 300 meters long with 60 centimeters width and depth. It's targeted to be finished this week," he stated, Monday (10/30).

Aside that, there will also be three crossing channels (sodeatan) in the location. Two of them will have 7 meters length and another one will have 13 meters length with a diameter of 80 centimeters.

"The material we use is river rock. And then will be covered using concrete plate manufacturing. We deliberately make wide to make it easier when cleaning it," he closed.
