Central Jakarta Population and Civil Registration Sub-dept. held population operation (binduk) on Jalan Cempaka Putih Tengah 1, RW 05, Cempaka Putih, Central Jakarta, Thursday (9/14) night. They managed to issue 70 temporary domicile certificates (SKDS).
Most occupants are college students
Central Jakarta Population and Civil Registration Sub-dept. Head, Remon Mastadian explained, the binduk was aimed to monitor and legally protect people who live with various identities.
"Moreover most are from outside and in Jakarta. As the college student or worker, we direct them to make reports routinely," he expressed, Friday (9/15).
The operation itself, he told, was focused on dorms and rented houses.
"Most occupants are college students," he expressed.
In the operation, there were 278 people examined, and 70 other people were made SKDS. "We issue SKDS for 70 people. And 208 other people already have SKDS," he closed.
