City Council Commission A asks SKPDs to enhance their coordination to anticipate flood inundation ahead of rainy season this year.

City Council Commission A Secretary, Syarif said, it is not easy to anticipate flood and coordination between SKPDs is needed. Since inundation is frequently happened in several spots after rain.
"Besides coordination, I also ask SKPD to enhance their participatory and consolidative approaches," he said, Wednesday (9/13).
He explained, SKPDs also need to cooperate with all parties, from urban village level, sub-district, to city.
"Mayor must be able to coordinate sub-department under it," he mentioned.
He also remind Jakarta Water Resources (SDA) Dept. to keep monitoring 16 pump houses in five regions and ensure all of them in good condition.
"Do not let it miss-operation when we need it in rainy season," he closed.
