Greening is carried out under the Kebayoran Lama Flyover, South Jakarta. In addition to beautifying the place, it also aims to prevent misuse action from street vendors (PKL).

"Land was previously used by PKL. So we decided to do greening, thus they cannot use it anymore," expressed Waluyo, Head of Kebayoran Lama Utara Urban Village, Tuesday (6/13).

According to him, about the growing media used, is obtained from the citizens. While, the plants are given from South Jakarta Forestry Sub-dept.

"There are 25 plants. Additionally, there are also cassava tree planted," he stated.

As for the fertilizer, he continued, is a homemade that uses organic waste. "We have a waste bank and compost processing as well," he said.
