Jakarta Provincial Government and Rotterdam City, Netherland officially established sister city cooperation
This cooperation is a strong foundation for exchanging experience and knowledge
The manuscript of Jakarta-Rotterdam’s Minute of Agreement (MoA) Sister City was directly signed by Acting Jakarta Governor, Djarot Saiful Hidayat and Rotterdam Mayor, Ahmed Aboutaleb, at City Hall, yesterday.
Djarot disclosed that such cooperation has three major points, water resources management, port development and NCICD development.
"This cooperation is a strong foundation for exchanging experience and knowledge," he stated, Monday (6/12).
While, Rotterdam Mayor, Ahmed Aboutaleb added, Jakarta and Rotterdam must share knowledge and experience each other.
"Despite the number of population and area is different, both have an identical problem. We can share information and experience to overcome that problem," he said.
