Central Jakarta Vice Mayor, Bayu Meghantara, urged Lenggang Jakarta Kemayoran to be promoted more. Thus the profits of fostered street vendors (PKL)s in that location may rise.

"Without good promotion, consumers rarely comes. It is not attractive yet for people to come," he said, Friday (3/10).

According to him, another strategy that can be done is to pull in the specialty merchants.

"Thus Lenggang Jakarta Kemayoran can be more crowded," he added.

Moreover, he also asked Small Medium Enterprises Cooperative and Trade Dept. (KUKMP) to give special attention thus this problem can be solved.
