Seribu Islands Regional Alms Agency (Bazis) is about to hold a house repair program or bedah rumah towards seven damaged houses in Seribu Islands. The number is increasing than last year.

"This year, we add one house in our bedah rumah program. Last year we just added six houses," disclosed Widu Cahyaningsih, Section Head of Community Welfare for Seribu Islands Regency Administration, Saturday (2/4).

According to him, each urban village will get one one quota, except in Harapan Island Urban Village that there are two houses will be repaired. Fund for bedah rumah is amounting to Rp 30 million.

In addition, there will be another aid given to the needy. "Compensation will be shared to orphans amounting to Rp 750,000 and Rp 1 million to dhuafa, Quran teachers, honorary teachers, TPA teachers and mosque attendants, locally known as marbot," he finished.
