Raid for food products is held by East Jakarta Food Tenacity, Tuesday (7/19). Now the targets are Jatinegara Market, Ampera, Rawamangun, Pramuka, and Palmeriam.

Based on 353 samples taken, four are positive containing dangerous chemical substance.

The four food products are yellow tofu, raw pacar cina, and krecek vegetable. All product were disposed.

Erick Pahlevi Zakaria Lumbun, East Jakarta Economy Assistant, said the raid is aimed to prevent food with dangerous substance distribution.

The raid involved 60 joint personnel. They also checked products of agriculture, fishery, and husbandry.

Moreover, raid held in Jatinegara market has been held three times. In fact, dangerous food substance is still found there.

“We’ll find the distributor of this raided food products,” he said.
