The Green Troop personnel of East Jakarta Park and Forestry Sub-agency evacuated a fallen tree on Jalan Lodan Raya, Jati Urban Village, Pulo Gadung District.

Head Section of Green Lane of the Sub-agency, Made Widhi Adnyana Surya Pratita said the tree, which was about 15 centimeters in diameter, fell at around 1.30 PM.

"A tree fell during strong winds. No fatalities or injuries were reported," he said, Tuesday (5/5).

Made explained that tree trunks had blocked the road, particularly at bends, disrupting the flow of passing vehicles.

"We deployed six Green Troop personnel. The evacuation process only took about 30 minutes," he explained.

Meanwhile, one of the local residents, Mardani (41) appreciated the quick response of the personnel in evacuating the tree.

"Traffic flow at the location has also returned to normal," he admitted.
