PT Transportasi Jakarta (Transjakarta) is providing a shuttle service for customers affected by route adjustments or operational issues with the KAI Commuter line in the Bekasi area. In addition to the shuttle service, Transjakarta also offers various alternative routes to and from Bekasi.

Transjakarta's Head of Public Relations and CSR, Ayu Wardhani, said that Transjakarta is operating a shuttle bus service to transport affected customers at normal fares as a form of real support for public mobility.

She added that people can access other Transjakarta services from and to Bekasi.

"Transjakarta ensures that customers' mobility needs are met by providing shuttle services and optimizing existing routes," she said, Tuesday (4/28).

She also urged the public to always monitor the latest information through Transjakarta's official channels, including social media and the TJ:Transjakarta application.
