Central Jakarta Administration Readies Integrated Security for May Day

The Central Jakarta City Administration, in collaboration with Indonesian National Armed Forces (TNI) and National Police (Polri), is preparing integrated security measures to ensure the May Day demonstrations remain peaceful and orderly.

Several local government agencies have also been deployed to support the operation, including Health Agency, Environmental Agency, Public Order Agency (Satpol PP), as well as Transportation Agency for traffic management.

Central Jakarta Mayor, Arifin, has urged demonstrators to voice their aspirations peacefully and to avoid being easily provoked.
