The Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) forecasts conditions ranging from clear skies to light rain across Jakarta today.

"Sunny in the morning," stated BMKG's official site on Thursday (4/23).

These conditions are expected to persist through the noon. Sunny weather will prevail across most of Jakarta, including Seribu Islands, Central Jakarta, North Jakarta, and West Jakarta. Meanwhile, South Jakarta will see partly cloudy skies, and light rain is expected to move into East Jakarta.

By afternoon, cloudy skies will blanket the Seribu Islands, while Central, North, and West Jakarta remain partly cloudy. There is a potential for light showers in both South and East Jakarta.

In the evening, clear skies are projected to spread across the majority of the city, covering Seribu Islands, Central, North, West, and East Jakarta. South Jakarta, however, is forecast to remain partly cloudy.

Temperatures today will range from 24 to 30 degrees Celsius, with humidity levels hovering between 71 and 95 percent.
