Commission E Supports Free Private Schools Expansion to 103 Schools

Commission E of the Jakarta City Council together with the Education Agency conducted an evaluation of the Free Private School program in the 2025 Jakarta Governor's Accountability Statement (LKPJ) report.

Chairman of Commission E, Muhammad Subki is supporting for the expansion of the Free Private School program after an evaluation of its implementation in 2025.

Despite supporting the expansion of the program, Subki highlighted the indications of levies at a number of recipient schools and expressed his hope that such levies, in any form, would no longer occur.
