The Jakarta Regional Civil Service Agency (BKD) stated that civil servant in Jakarta was back to normal on Wednesday (3/25), the first working day after the Nyepi and Eid al-Fitr public leave.
Jakarta BKD Head, Premi Lasari, stated all regional units, especially those in public service, are operating normally to maintain optimal service levels. e-Absensi records at 4:14 PM showed an civil servant attendance rate of 95.06 percent, consisting of 45.25 percent in-office, 5.07 percent flexible work, and 46.74 percent on academic break.
To create a productive and conducive work environment
"The absence rate this afternoon stands at 4.94 percent, comprising 3.14 percent excused and 1.80 percent unexcused absences," she expressed.
She stressed that unexcused absences will result in penalties under Government Regulation No. 94/2021 on Civil Servant Discipline.
"An investigation by the immediate superior will be conducted first, and if found guilty, the individual will face disciplinary action," she explained.
She noted that monitoring will remain ongoing to guarantee peak performance. By noon, no service-related complaints were reported by the public on the first day back from the Eid break.
"Adherence to rules is expected to create a productive and conducive work environment," she said.
