The Jakarta Employment Agency is currently reviewing a discourse from Jakarta Governor, Basuki “Ahok” T. Purnama for distinct allowance policy in each Regional Working Unit (SKPD).

The allowance given will be adjusted with respective working unit’s performance. “We’ll apply distinction allowance in 2017", he expressed at City Hall, Monday (12/14).

There are 4 SKPD with higher TKD’s amount such as, Bina Marga Department, Water Jakarta, Jakarta Goods and Services Procurement Agency (BPPBJ) as well as Tax Service Agency.

TKD given is based on performance also for those SKPD who succeed to save budget will be praised,”  he expressed.

Through this method hopefully could boost civil servant’s (PNS) performance. “It’s still being reviewed,” he finished.
