BMKG Forecasts Continued Rain Potential for Jakarta

The Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) predicts the potential for rain remains in Jakarta over the next few days, even though the intensity is beginning to decrease.

BMKG Senior Forecaster, Riefda Novikarany warned that relatively high-intensity rain could still hit most areas of Jakarta today, especially in the west, south, and east.

She attributed the weather to atmospheric dynamics that facilitate rain cloud growth, particularly during the afternoon and evening hours.
