Jakarta Governor, Pramono Anung, inaugurated the groundbreaking for the construction of the University of Higher Education in Quranic Studies (PTIQ) Jakarta, in Rorotan, North Jakarta.

In his speech, Pramono appreciated PTIQ's presence to improve the quality of education in Jakarta.
