Jakarta Govt Receives 499 Land Certificates By Rp 22.2 Trillion

The Jakarta government received 499 Land Use Right Certificates (SHP) for land plots from the Ministry of Agrarian and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency (ATR/BPN) at Jakarta City Hall.

Spanning 85 hectares, these certificates encompass various public assets such as parks, roads, schools, clinics, places of worship, and sports facilities, with a total valuation by Rp 22.2 trillion.
