Free School Program, Jakarta Government Allocates 253.6 Billion to 103 Private Schools

The Jakarta Provincial Government has allocated a budget of Rp 253.6 billion to expand the provision of free private schools to 103 schools.

Jakarta Governor Pramono Anung stated that the policy is strengthened because the free school program has proven effective in increasing access to education, especially for underprivileged communities.

Through inclusive and quality access to education, Pramono is optimistic that this policy will shape a more superior and advanced generation of young people in Jakarta.
