Jakarta Provincial Government ensures that car free night will be held on Eid al Fitr eve.

The Jakarta Governor, Pramono Anung, explained that the car free night is held to provide comfort for residents who want to enjoy takbiran night in Jakarta.

However, the Jakarta Provincial Government continues to operate the TransJakarta bus service to facilitate public activities.
