Landslide at Bantargebang Landfill, Pramono Quickly Reacts

The Jakarta Provincial Government moved quickly to address the impact of the landslide due to extreme rainfall in Zone 4A of the Bantargebang landfill which occurred on Sunday, March 8, 2026.

Jakarta Governor, Pramono Anung, also expressed his deepest condolences for the deceased victims and their bereaved families.

Pramono ensured that all victims, both those who died and those who were injured, received maximum medical treatment and compensation.
