The Assalafiyah Grand Mosque, located in Jatinegara Kaum Urban Village, East Jakarta, is one of the historical witnesses to the founding of the city of Jakarta.

This mosque, built in 1620, is the oldest mosque in Jakarta and is a legacy of Prince Jayakarta, Prince Achmad Djaketra.
