The Central Jakarta City Administration's Monitoring and Evaluation Team, led by Government Affairs Assistant Prasetyo Kurniawan, visited the Mangga Dua Selatan Urban Village Office in Sawah Besar on Tuesday (1/27).

According to Prasetyo, this visit aimed to conduct a comprehensive review of service quality, ranging from standard operating procedure (SOP) to physical facilities at the Mangga Dua Selatan Urban Village Office.

“We want to ensure that public service standards are running properly, both in terms of infrastructure and human resources,” he explained.

According to him, the results of the monitoring will serve as evaluation material for future improvements to further enhance public services.

Among the findings, Prasetyo pointed to damage at the urban village service counter.

"Based on this, we will provide recommendations to the urban village administration as part of future improvements," he noted.
