Our staff are on-site to minimize the impact of gridlock
Transjakarta has announced service adjustments and delays this Thursday morning (1/22) as heavy rain and external factors trigger traffic congestion across the city.
The delays affect multiple corridors, routes, and Mikrotrans services.
In Petukangan, traffic buildup near the JORR Toll underpass has hampered Corridor 13, Routes 13B, L13E, and JAK 107. Similarly, in Matraman, heavy traffic heading toward Galunggung is causing setbacks for Corridor 4 and routes 4C, 4D, and 4K.
Tanjung Priok Update: Port-related congestion is causing delays for Corridors 10, 12, Route 10D, and multiple Mikrotrans routes.
Route 3E Diversion: Due to flooding on Jalan Gunung Merapi, Route 3E will temporarily bypass all stops between Royal Palem 1 and Mall Taman Palem 1.
Transjakarta Public Relations Department and CSR Head, Ayu Wardhani, apologized for the disruption and confirmed that field teams are actively working to mitigate the delays.
"Our staff are on-site to minimize the impact of gridlock caused by the rain and port logistics," she stated.
Commuters are encouraged to exercise caution and stay updated via the TJ: Transjakarta app or official social media channels.
