The Central Jakarta Public Works Sub-agency built 627 public street lights and 10 inter-village bridges in eight districts along January to December 2025.

Head of the Sub-agency, M Soleh said those public street lights construction was requested by local residents through Musrenbang.

"The public street lights are spread into 394 points of roads and 233 collector points ," he said, Wednesday (1/21).

He hopes that the construction of these street lighting facilities will make the Central Jakarta area safer and more comfortable, especially at night.

Moreover, the Sub-agency also built 10 inter-village bridges at Pasar Baru, Serdang, Kalibaru, Paseban, Kali Pasir, Gelora, Tanah Rendah, Cideng and two units at Poncol.
