The Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) predicts that light rain will blanket Jakarta throughout the day.

"Rain in the morning," BMKG's official website stated, Wednesday (1/21).

The light showers are expected to linger through the afternoon across all districts, including Seribu Islands, Central, North, West, South, and East Jakarta. 

This rainy trend will continue into the evening and late night, soaking the entire city.

Temperatures today will hover between 23°C and 27°C, with humidity levels ranging from 80% to a high of 96%
