As many as 10 PPSU personnel were deployed to clean post-flood mud and waste at RT 04/06, Cakung Barat Urban Village, Cakung District, East Jakarta.

Head Section of Economy and Development of Cakung Urban Village, Rina Syamsudin said this assistance is provided to ease the burden on flood survivors so that their homes and environment can be clean again.

"The activity is targeted to complete today," she said, Monday (1/19).

Rina added that cleaning work is done manually by spraying and using detergent liquid to remove germs.

Meanwhile, one of the residents, Akhmad appreciated Cakung Barat PPSU personnel for cleaning his area.

"It really helps us to be able to return to a clean house and environment so that we don't get sick," he admitted.
