Central Jakarta City Park and Forestry Sub-agency handled 362 fallen and broken trees during January up to December 2025 in eight districts.

Head of Central Jakarta City Park and Forestry Sub-agency, Mila Ananda said her side handled 45 broken and fallen trees in January 2025.

Then 26 trees in February, 41 trees in March, 14 trees in April, 23 trees in May, and 21 trees each in June and August 2025.

The sub-agency also handled 34 trees in September, 33 trees in October, 23 trees in November, and 60 trees in December.

"We handled 220 broken and 142 fallen trees in 2025. The incident of broken and fallen trees were caused by strong wind and heavy rain," she said, Saturday (1/10).

Moreover, her side also pruned 13,567 prone to fall trees during 2025.

"The pruning aims to prevent fallen tree incident," she stated.
