The Meteorology, Climatology, and Geophysics Agency (BMKG) forecasts a mix of clear and cloudy skies across Jakarta today.

"Cloudy in the morning," stated BMKG’s official website on Tuesday (1/6).

By noon, clear is expected to prevail over the entire capital.

However, cloudy skies will return in the late afternoon, covering Seribu Islands as well as Central, North, West, South, and East Jakarta.

The agency predicts these overcast conditions will persist through the night across all areas of Jakarta.

Today's temperatures are slated to range from 24 to 30 degrees Celsius, with humidity levels fluctuating between 71 and 97 percent.
