The Jakarta Satpol PP rank is ready to guard the Christmas 2025 and New Year 2026 celebrations.

Head of Jakarta Satpol PP, Satriadi Gunawan led the preparedness role call at Monas, Central Jakarta, Thursday (12/18).

"Satpol PP task is not only to supervise crowds and help arrange traffic, but also to provide a sense of security for people who are carrying out worship," he said.

He also appealed his rank to be able to detect potential disturbances to security, peace and order and anticipate all forms of threats that may arise along with the increase in community activities during the Christmas and New Year celebrations.

"Please carry out your duties professionally and responsibly by prioritizing a humanistic approach without neglecting firmness, in accordance with statutory regulations," he appealed.

Satriadi hopes that the presence of his personnel in the community can provide a sense of security, comfort and calm.

"Our presence is not only as an enforcement officer for regional regulations, but also as a protector and servant who provides a sense of security," he stated.
