South Jakarta Public Works Sub-agency started to organize messy aerial cables on Jalan Prof DR Soepomo, Tebet Barat Urban Village, Tebet District.

Head of South Jakarta Public Works Sub-agency, Rifki Rismal said the management of Integrated Utility Network Facilities (SJUT) in the South Jakarta area is under the authority of PT Jakarta Propertindo (Jakpro), including the pedestrian path that has just been completed.

"For the time being, we are tidying up the messy cables so that they don't endanger the residents passing by," he said, Wednesday (12/17).

He explained that the arrangement was carried out by tying the dangling cables to a higher and more organized position. Meanwhile, the leaning poles will be further addressed.

"All cables will be inserted into the SJUT which has been made by PT Jakpro," he explained.

Meanwhile, Head of Tebet District, Putut Puji Linangkung stated the activity started in the morning.

"We will cooperate with Public Works Agency to handle the leaning poles," he stated.
