The Jakarta government has once again achieved a proud feat at the national level by winning five awards simultaneously at the Naker Award Inspirational Leadership 2025 held by the Manpower Ministry.
This award also serves as motivation
The award was received directly by Jakarta Manpower, Transmigration, and Energy Agency (Nakertransgi) Head, Syaripudin, who was present representing the Jakarta government at Balai Kartini, South Jakarta.
He said that this achievement also reinforces the Jakarta government's commitment to strengthening an inclusive, productive, and competitive employment ecosystem.
He explained that 2025 will be an important milestone when the focus of development is increasingly directed toward improving the quality of human resources through Development, Training, Competency, and Productivity.
"Besides being a form of appreciation, this award also serves as motivation for all ranks of the Jakarta government to continuously improve performance, strengthen collaboration, and provide employment services that are increasingly professional, adaptive, and competitive," he expressed, Wednesday (12/10).
He explained, this achievement indicates a shift in Jakarta's employment development focus from year to year. In 2022–2023, the priority was more directed towards Social Security for Workers and Work Environment Conditions. Then, it shifted to Workforce Planning and Occupational Safety and Health (OSH).
"The achievement of these five awards is concrete evidence that this transformation is effective and has a significant impact," he added.
In this event, the Jakarta government was crowned as the Best Medium Province First in the Employment Development Index Category. This award was given for Jakarta's best achievement in the Medium Employment Affairs indicator.
Jakarta also received the Best Training and Work Competency Award in the Provincial Government category with the best achievement index across nine main indicators. This award was given for the continuous improvement in the quality of training and work competencies.
Aside that, Jakarta also received the Best Workforce Productivity Award for the Provincial Government category with the best achievement index in nine main indicators, recognizing Jakarta Province's contribution to significantly improving workforce productivity.
Two other awards placed Jakarta as the third-best Province in the category of Best Supervision Performance in Employment and the Paramakarya Productivity Award in the Productivity Development category.
