A total of 150 people consisting of Dasawisma cadres, civil servants (ASN), and contracted workers (PJLP) took part in a Free Medical Check-up (CKG) program held at the Kramat Jati Sub-district Office courtyard, East Jakarta.

"This is a collaboration with the Kramat Jati Public Health Center,"

The program was organized in celebration of Mother's Day, carrying the theme 'Because Mothers Are So Precious' and involved 11 health workers.

Kramat Jati Sub-district Head, Kamal Alatas, stated that the CKG program, which drew 150 participants, is expected to serve as an example for others.

"This is a collaboration with the Kramat Jati Public Health Center. The participants showed great enthusiasm, with many queuing since the morning," he conveyed on Monday (12/8).

Kramat Jati Sub-district Public Health Center Head, Inda Mutiara, explained that Dasawisma cadres serve as the frontline in promoting public health awareness, and therefore, must act as role models for the CKG program.

"We deployed 11 health workers for this event," she added.

She further noted that if any illness is detected during the check-up, participants are immediately referred to Kramat Jati Health Center for further examination and treatment.

The health check included tests for blood sugar, cholesterol, and uric acid levels, as well as measurements of participants' height, weight, and waist size.

Wati (45), a Dasawisma cadre, said she was grateful for the CKG service because it gave her a clear picture of her current health.

"CKG is very important, especially since we work in the field as the frontliners in our communities. We need to stay physically healthy," she shared.
