Transjakarta services on Corridor 13, such as Routes 13B, L13E, and JAK 107, experienced delays on Wednesday (12/3).

Public Relations & CSR Department Head, Ayu Wardhani said, this delay was caused by excavation projects in Pesanggrahan area, which impacted traffic jam.

"This condition affects the travel time of the fleet," he expressed.

Therefore, Transjakarta apologizes for the inconvenience experienced by customers due to this condition. Transjakarta continues to coordinate with various parties to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
