Jakarta Public Service Mall (MPP) now features the South Jakarta Immigration Stay Permit Lounge (SIMPLE), an innnovation from the South Jakarta Class 1 Non-TPI Immigration Office.

SIMPLE is an exclusive stay permit service designed as lounge to provide comfort privacy, and international-standard service for foreign investors and Golden Visa holders

This initiative aligns with the broader push for digital transformation and faster public service delivery. It also reinforces President Prabowo Subianto's Asta Cita vision and Minister Agus Andrianto's agenda to drive greater investment into Indonesia.

SIMPLE also strengthens inter-agency collaboration at Jakarta MPP by offering a one-stop service concept for investors, from stay permit applications to supporting in administrative process.

Jakarta Investment and One-Stop Integrated Service (PMPTSP) Agency Head, Heru Hermawanto, appreciated the SIMPLE service at MPP as a tangible step improving public service quality.

He stated that the Jakarta Provincial Government fully supports cross-agency collaboration, including the opening of the SIMPLE for Investor and Golden Visa service, aimed at serving foreigners applying for temporary (KITAS) or permanent (KITAP) stay permits.

"The launch of SIMPLE at Jakarta MPP marks a new milestone in public service, reinforcing the MPP's commitment to innovation, technology, and user-friendly service experience," he mentioned on Friday (11/28).

Acting Director General of Immigration, Brigjen Pol Yuldi Yusman, said that his office, in collaboration with the South Jakarta Class 1 Non-TPI Immigration Office, is committed to delivering modern and responsive digital immigration services. These efforts aim to boost investment appeal, enhance inter-agency synergy, and position SIMPLE as a national model for stay permit services for investors.

He noted that the demand for premium immigration services has grown in line with the rising number of residence permit holders for investment purposes. The number of premium service users rose significantly from 928 in 2023 to 1,546 in 2024, and further surged to 2,438 between January and October 2025.

"South Jakarta is also recorded as one of the key hubs for Golden Visa holders, with 83 investors as of October 2025 and a total investment commitment of Rp115.9 billion," he added.
