The fire that burned two buildings on Jalan Salihara, RT 01/01, Pasar Minggu Urban Village, Pasar Minggu District, South Jakarta was successfully extinguished.

Head of South Jakarta Fire Handling and Rescue Sub-agency, Asril Rizal said the incident was reported at 5:38 AM. The fire already grew bigger.
"We directly deployed 14 firetrucks with 64/5 personnel to handling the fire," he said, Tuesday (11/11).
Asril explained that it didn't take long for the fire, which had burned down two food stalls covering an area of 48 square meters, to be localized at 5:55 AM.
"The fire handling, believed to have been caused by a gas cylinder leak during cooking, was declared complete at 6:16 AM. There were no injuries or fatalities," he added.
Meanwhile, Nur Ahwani, a local resident, explained the fire broke out very quickly. While cooking, the gas cylinder ran out, but when they were about to replace it, the flames suddenly spread to the newly installed cylinder.
"Thank God the sub-agency personnel quickly came to handle the fire," he admitted.
