As many as 15 joint personnel are deployed to revitalize water channel on Jalan Rawa Binong, RT 01/10, Lubang Buaya, Cipayung District, East Jakarta.

Head Section of Economy and Development of Lubang Buaya Urban Village, Emi Wahyuni said the channel needs to be improved since the existing was not able to flow the water well.

"This condition surely triggers inundation during rain," she said, Thursday (11/6).

She explained the channel revitalization is run along 85 meters by installing 120x100 cm u-ditch.

According to her, the work involves 15 personnel PPSU and Water Resources taskforce. One mini excavator is also deployed to accelerate the work.

"The work has been running since October 29, 2025 and is targeted for completion at the end of November," she explained.

Meanwhile, one of the local residents, Wahyu (49), appreciated the channel revitalization.

"Hopefully the revitalization can be completed on target," he hoped.
