Ima Mahdiah hoped that the 1,840 newly inaugurated Echelon III and IV officials could work optimally in providing the best service to the residents.

According to her, this large-scale inauguration is expected to strengthen the performance of Jakarta government's bureaucracy after many positions were previously vacant at the urban village and sub-district levels.

"In recent years, many positions have been vacant, causing one person to oversee two regions," she expressed, Thursday (11/6).

Further, she instructed them to quickly adapt and work swiftly to assist Governor Pramono Anung and Deputy Governor Rano Karno in implementing public service programs.

"Just work with your heart. Help the Governor and Deputy Governor implement policies quickly and accurately. Don't get involved in many unclear matters; focus on serving the people," she asserted.
