The former Temporary Market Vendor (Loksem) Barito in Kramat Pela Urban Village, Kebayoran Baru Sub-district, South Jakarta is preparing to be relocated to a new location at Lenteng Agung Fauna and Culinary Center.

One of the chicken crispy traders at JS 96 Barito, Mukhlis, said that he had been registered at the new Sentra Fauna and Lenteng Agung Culinary kiosk for a month ago.

"I have registered directly at the urban village office and met the requirements such as ID card, family card, and Bank Jakarta account," he expressed, Thursday (10/30).

Together with other traders, he had also made a survey facilitated by the South Jakarta Industry, Trade, Cooperatives, and Small and Medium Enterprises Sub-agency (PPKUKM) to the new location to determine which kiosk will be chosen.

He asserted he would still follow the rules and directives from the government as best as possible as the most important thing is still being able to earn a living for his family.

"Hopefully, besides the retribution policy, we also request assistance with promotion or increasing engaging activities at the new location," he hoped.

Then another trader, Yudhi had also saw the relocation site of Sentra Fauna and Lenteng Agung Culinary a few days ago.

"The location and access are quite good. I think it just needs support from the government so that the new location remains popular," he asserted.

South Jakarta PPKUKM Sub-agency Head, Parulian Tampubolon explained, there were already registered occupants for the kiosks at Sentra Fauna and Lenteng Agung Culinary.

"After the Loksem in Barito was relocated, some have come to Lenteng Agung to look at the stalls. We're optimistic that this new business location can further improve the traders' welfare," he stated.
