The Jakarta government received the Indonesia Museum Record (MURI) award as the region that organized the most extensive graduation ceremony for elderly school graduates.

There are currently 75 elderly schools in Jakarta

The MURI certificate of appreciation was handed over by MURI Deputy President Director, Osmar Semesta Susilo, to Jakarta PPAPP Agency Head, Iin Mutmainnah, who represented the Jakarta government

Jakarta PPAPP Agency Head, Iin Mutmainnah stated, this award is a source of pride as well as motivation to realize healthy, independent, productive, empowered, and prosperous elderly people in Jakarta.

"We will continue to develop the Elderly School program to realize healthy, independent, productive, empowered, and prosperous seniors in Jakarta," she expressed, Friday (10/24).

She asserted, the Jakarta government is highly committed to paying attention to vulnerable groups, including the elderly.

"There are currently 75 elderly schools in Jakarta," she explained.

On September 18 last week, Governor Pramono Anung graduated approximately 1,618 seniors after completing education at the Senior School Pintar (SSP) Online Senior School at Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII), East Jakarta.

"The senior school aims to realize healthy, happy, and dignified elderly through the provision of a curriculum related to the seven dimensions of resilient seniors," he stated.
