Free Health Check is a national program. The government also continues to expand the reach of services so that people from various social strata have the same opportunity to maintain their health through this program.

Currently, free health services are not limited to birthdays, but can be used by all residents at any time with the aim of accelerating the achievement of the national target of 36 percent in 2025 and towards 70 percent in 2029.

Acting Head Division of Community Health for Health Agency, Sri Puji Wahyuni said Jakarta Provincial Government is implementing a collaborative strategy and regional approach to ensure that all levels of society can access free health check services.

By involving Health Sub-agency in six cities/regent, the implementation of free health service is not only run in Community Health Center or Supporting Community Health Center, but also reach out to the community through community approaches, such as activities in offices, sports centers, and various others.

Health screening activities inside and outside the building carried out by the Community Health Center have also been integrated into the free health check program.

"The cross-sectoral approach is also strengthened by involving district heads, urban village heads, health cadres, and community leaders, so that all Jakarta residents, including groups with limited access, can obtain health check-up services equally and sustainably," she explained.

Puji added that the free health check program is recorded and reported through the ASIK (IndonesiaKu Healthy Application) platform developed by the Ministry of Health.

Moreover, Jakarta Provincial Government is also developing JAKSAFE, a digital-based independent screening platform designed by the Jakarta Health Agency's Data and Information Center (Pusdatin) as a tool for recording screening activities outside of Community Health Center.

The results of community examinations will be monitored through Digital Health Reports sent to participants via Satu Sehat Mobile or the Ministry of Health's WhatsApp Chatbot.

Furthermore, follow-up examination results are recorded through the Community Health Center Information System (SIMPUS) which is connected to Satu Sehat as a national health information system platform.

"The public health monitoring process can be carried out continuously and well documented with this integration," she added.

Puji continued that Jakarta Provincial Government also encourages multi-party collaboration to expand the reach and accelerate the free health check program achievement.

Health check-up services can be implemented closer to people's homes and workplaces through collaboration with private health facilities, clinics, partner hospitals, companies, and local communities.

"Collaboration with media and digital platforms also contributes to public publication and education about the importance of regular health checks through this program," she said.
