innovation is a shared space for all city residents

As part of the Jakarta Innovation Days (JID) 2025: Explore, Connect, Impact! series, this forum serves as a platform for sharing ideas and perspectives across sectors, involving university leaders, research institutions, creative industry players, and communities.

The Innovation Talks session featured more than 90 speakers from various fields, including Minister of Communication and Digital Affairs Meutya Hafid, Deputy Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy Irene Umar, Deputy Minister of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Veronica Tan, Hilmar Farid, Ilham Habibie, Bambang Susantono, Iyas Lawrence, Adjie Santosoputro, Candra Darusman, Georgius Budi Yulianto, Elisa Sutanudjaja, Gerald Sebastian, and Diana Nazir.

Head of Jakarta Regional Development Planning Agency (Bappeda), Atika Nur Rahmania, said that this seminar forum provides a meeting place for university leaders, research institutions, and collaborative partners to exchange strategic ideas towards strengthening research, innovation, and academic collaboration that are rooted in the city's real needs.

"JID 2025 for Jakarta Provincial Jakarta means innovation is a shared space for all city residents," she said, Monday (10/20).

All seminars will take place at various locations in the Dukuh Atas area, such as the Thamrin Nine Ballroom, the Dukuh Atas Transport Hub, and Jalan Blora. She hopes these forums will foster a closer exchange of ideas between the government, academics, and the public.
