West Jakarta Food Security, Maritime and Agriculture Sub-agency, Tuesday (10/14), held simultaneous vaccination in eight urban villages.

Head of West Jakarta KPKP Sub-agency, Novy C Palit said, today's vaccination reached 130 cats, four dogs, and three monkeys.

"Today's vaccination is given to 137 pets," she said.

Novy explained vaccination in Kalianyar Urban Village was held at RW 03 by 29 cats and one dog.

Then vaccination in Jelambar Urban Village was held at RW 12 by 12 cats and RW 03 Pegadungan Urban Village by 18 cats.

Next, RW 08 of Kelapa Dua Urban Village by 24 cats and three dogs. Also at RW 02 of Kembangan Utara Urban Village by 11 cats.

Vaccination was also held at RW 04 of Rawa Buaya by 36 cats and one monkey.

According to her, the vaccination will remain be held in all urban villages in West Jakarta. 8,895 pets have been given anti-rabies vaccination during January to October.

"Our target is vaccinating 9,236 pets this year. Nos the progress has reached 97 percent," she admitted.
