As many as 37 pets received free anti-rabies vaccination in RW 04, Balekambang Urban Village, Kramat Jati District, East Jakarta.

Head of Kramat Jati District"s Food Security, Maritime, and Agriculture Unit, Norman said the service was held door-to-door to ease pet owners getting free anti-rabies vaccination.
"We gave vaccination to 37 cats owned by RW 04 residents," he said, Wednesday (10/8).
Norman explained that this vaccination service aims to suppress the spread of rabies, especially in cats that are widely kept by the public.
"This vaccination service is free for Jakarta residents. We encourage residents who are to check the vaccination schedule on the Instagram account @sudinkpkp.jaktim, specifically for residents with Jakarta ID cards and domiciles," he explained.
Head of Balekambang Urban Village, Herman Triono appreciated this free anti-rabies vaccination service.
"Hopefully this service can be routinely held to reach more pets," he hoped.
Meanwhile, one of local residents, Sulastri (35), admitted she brought her two cats to the service. She knew the vaccination from the RT WhatsApp group.
"We appreciate this mobile free anti-rabies vaccination," she said.
