Head of SBU JIS, Shinta Kesumadewi Syam, said thorough preparations have been made to transform JIS into a magical performance venue. Preparations are currently in the final stages, with progress reaching 70-90 percent.
Her party has carried out detailed checks starting from the stage layout, sound system, security, to other supporting facilities.
"We're ensuring all systems are running smoothly so Czennies can enjoy NCT DREAM's spectacular performance safely and comfortably. We also urge viewers to arrive on time and follow the instructions provided," she said, Friday (9/26).
Regarding the traffic engineering, Jakpro has cooperated with the Police, the Jakarta Provincial Transportation Agency, the Public Order Agency (Satpol PP), and related agencies to anticipate potential congestion around the stadium.
"We are also supported by TransJakarta through adjustments to operating hours and the addition of fleets," she added.
As an international multi-function stadium, according to Shinta, JIS faces its own challenges in holding non-sporting events, such as music concerts.
Shinta admitted that the main challenges are usually related to managing the large number of spectators, maintaining the condition of the field after the event, and ensuring that all facilities remain optimal.
According to Shinta, the maintenance process is targeted for completion within two to three weeks, depending on field conditions. This effort is carried out intensively through pruning, replanting, aeration technology, measured watering, and the provision of special nutrients.
"The agronomy team will also conduct daily monitoring to ensure optimal recovery," she continued.
NCT DREAM's concert at JIS is expected to not only provide an unforgettable experience for fans, but also further strengthen Jakarta's position as an international-class entertainment and cultural destination.
