One gold medal was awarded to Ramadhani Khoiril in the Men's Fighting category. Meanwhile, the silver medal was won by Qyra Ardanty Putri in the Women's Fighting category.

Then, three bronze medals were won by Dicky Rahmadhani Setya and Putra Muhammad Zacky in the Men's Sparring event, as well as by Liani Heryadi Putri in the Women's Sparring category.

Gold medalist in Tarung Derajat, Ramadhani Khoiril, said that this achievement is a personal satisfaction because POMNas XIX is a mission to improve performance, especially at the national level.

"This is my first gold medal at the national level from my two participations in POMNas. The opponent was quite difficult to beat in the early rounds because they had a wealth of experience at the national level. However, following the coach's instructions to keep moving forward from the beginning, I was able to make the opponent less effective in the match," he expressed, Tuesday (9/23).

Khoiril said that this gold medal is dedicated to his family, especially to his father and brother who were present to witness his fight firsthand.

"This gold medal boosts my confidence or serves as a booster for me for upcoming competitions, especially the nearest one being the PON Bela Diri 2025 in Kudus, Central Java," he explained.

As information, Ramadhani Khoiril, who competed in Class 52.1-55 kilograms for men, successfully secured the gold medal after defeating West Sumatra's representative Farhan Alhamid in the final with a score of 2-1.

The contribution from the Tarung Derajat sport further strengthens Jakarta's position, which is still firmly at the top of the provisional standings with a total medal count of 27 gold, 14 silver, and 11 bronze.
