The Ciracas Sub-district Water Resource Implementation Unit (SDA), East Jakarta is revitalizing the water channel on Jalan Haji Linan, RT 04/01, Kelapa Dua Wetan Urban Village.

Ciracas Sub-district SDA Executing Unit Head, Yulia Indah said, the revitalization of the 40-meter-long water channel was conducted using a 40x40-centimeter U-ditch.

"This work has been underway manually by eight personnel since September 8, 2025. The progress is only 20 percent and is targeted to be completed by the end of this month," she explained.

One of the local residents, Rahmat (47) admitted the previous channel was inadequate and did not meet the standards, as it was built independently by the residents.

"We thank and appreciate the personnel who have implemented the residents' suggestions," he stated.
