Jakarta Governor, Pramono Anung said there will be no increase in parking fees in Jakarta. Pramono also denied the issues regarding plans to increase parking rates.

"It's not true. We have no plan to increase the parking fees," said Pramono, Wednesday (9/10).
However, Pramono explained that the Jakarta Provincial Government has other plans to address the city's parking issues. The government is currently reviewing a cashless parking payment system.
"We are studying the cashless system for our parking," he added.
However, Pramono emphasized that no decision has been made regarding the parking payment system review. He continued that any decision made must be approved by the Jakarta Governor.
"Any decision must get the governor's approval," he emphasized.
