The North Jakarta Industry, Trade, Cooperatives, Small and Medium Enterprises Sub-agency (PPKUKM), launched a web-based innovation, the North Jakarta Bazar Application Information System (Simbaju), for the public.
This bazaar application is free
North Jakarta Economic and Development Assistant, Wawan Busi Rohman expressed appreciation and full support for Simbaju's innovation as an effort to digitize public services to facilitate SME bazaars.
He hopes that this application could provide certainty of support for the bazaar's implementation through better regional coordination.
"Hopefully, this innovation can be socialized intensively so that it can be maximally utilized by the community," he expressed, Wednesday (9/10).
North Jakarta PPKUKM Sub-agency Head, Vicky Suryawan Jaya said, this innovation aims to improve work efficiency and effectiveness, as well as reduce risks and obstacles in the implementation of SME bazaars.
"Simbaju is our new innovation to facilitate the public who want to apply for a bazaar activity through the PPKUKM Sub-agency," he explained.
According to him, this innovation is introduced because many community members and sub-district or urban village heads are requesting support for bazaar activities. Therefore, with this innovation, bureaucracy can be streamlined, and every applicant can be monitored more quickly and transparently.
"Residents who want to hold a bazaar can access the site disppkukm.jakarta.go.id/simba/ or utara.jakarta.go.id," he explained.
North Jakarta PPKUKM Sub-agency's Trade Section Head, Andini Sutianti added, they could assist with providing equipment such as tents, tables, chairs, fans, lighting, and others.
"This bazaar application is free; applicants only need to complete data such as activity proposals, location or area permits, crowd permits, and a statement letter," he said.
